Black Women Get Fit is a Mind, Body & Soul Experience!
In honor of Black History Month, we are thrilled to have Melesa Johnson, Jackson County Prosecutor join us for a conversation - A Moment in Black History!
We are also excited to welcome Dr. Rita Stanley and Latasha Jacobs. Both were scheduled in January and could not attend due to the pending weather storm.
It's going to be an awesome time!
Agenda for the Morning:
7:45 a.m. - Check-in & Breakfast
8:30 a.m. - Welcome & A Moment in Black History with Melesa Johnson
10:00 a.m. - Workshops begin - Each workshop is about 50 min in length, Workshops are designed to be Demonstration/General Information sessions . These sessions should provide you with new knowledge, skills, experiences to live a healthier life! "THERE WILL ONLY BE 2 SESSIONS THIS MONTH".
Think pub crawl - You will move to a different experience at the top of each hour.
Only have time for one workshop, that is fine with us. Sign up for one or two workshops based on your schedule.

Body Sessions
MixxedFit - MixxedFit is a people inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance moves with body weight toning. Everyone is welcome in our classes.
