Black Widow FREE Women's Self Defense Training Class

This is a FREE event for women only.

While we are generally a mental health non-profit, current events are showing a rise in angry rhetoric and threats made to women. We want to do our small part to help the women in our community.

Black Widow is the female Avenger who can stand toe to toe with super-villains and aliens. But in the real world, many of us may not be prepared for an unexpected assault. So, Geek Wellness Education is hosting a FREE class to provide women with some basic skills on what to do and how to survive and escape an attack.

Hosting our class will be a real life Black Widow...Carmen B Gulllisken. Carmen is a multi-degree black belt in Karate, Taekwondo and Hapkido. She is also a licensed women's self defense trainer, and "The Mom-ba" (as she is called) is even an undefeated professional boxer!Join us for a fun and potentially life-saving afternoon at Competitive Edge Karate!
