AdvertisementThe Grey is coming to Houston! This fall, James Beard award-winning Chef Mashama Bailey and Johno Morisano - partners behind The Grey in Savannah, GA, one of the restaurants featured in Netflix's popular series, Chef's Table - are hitting the road and partnering with Resy to promote their culinary memoir: Black, White, and The Grey. The book tour will span 11 cities across the South, making a stop at Traveler’s Table on Thursday, October 14th!
Our team has collaborated with Chef Mashama to curate a special menu inspired by the book’s recipes and stories. There will be 2 seatings (6:00pm and 8:30pm) and 3 ticket options:
Option 1 (5:00-6:00pm): Guests will enjoy a VIP cocktail hour with Mashama and Johno, featuring specialty cocktails and passed appetizers, the 4-course prix fixe menu during the 6:00pm seating, and a copy of the new book for $125 (tax and gratuity not included).
Option 2 (6:00pm): This general admission ticket includes the 4-course prix fixe menu during the 6:00pm seating, featuring dishes highlighted in the book and a copy of the new book for $85 (tax and gratuity not included).
Option 3 (8:30pm): This general admission ticket includes the 4-course prix fixe menu during the 8:30pm seating, featuring dishes highlighted in the book and a copy of the new book for $85 (tax and gratuity not included).
The menu will consist of Traveler’s Table versions of the following dishes from Black, White, and The Grey.
