About this Event
Black Velvet Trio - Kate, Rosalind and Carole-Anne met each other as members of Forth Valley Chorus in 2012. Over the last decade, the girls have performed together across Edinburgh and beyond, taking part in everything from their own gigs, Fringe shows, to private dining events and weddings.
The girls are very proud of their exciting and eclectic repertoire of original a cappella arrangements; all thanks to the musical talents of their lead arranger and group member Rosalind.
They have decided to celebrate 10 years together in style, performing all their favourite a cappella arrangements from the splendour of the Ballroom at the Voodoo Rooms in Edinburgh.
You can expect the usual onstage banter as the girls share stories of all their experiences together. There will be something to suit everyone's taste, with songs covering all genres; everything from pop mash ups to traditional Scottish favourites.
