Your evening of Gatsby-esque elegance begins with a sparkling welcome toast of bubbles, setting the stage for an exquisitely crafted three-course culinary journey. Dress:
Ladies, think shimmering gowns; gentlemen, tuxedos or sharp dark blazers with bow ties (jackets and bow ties required). **Sneakers and jeans are not permitted.
