Intro to Judo workshop led by Judo and Jiu Jitsu black belt Ryan Mech. From 10am to 11:30am will be kids in the uniform. For the adults, from 12pm to 1:30pm will be in the uniform, and from 1:30pm to 3pm will be nogi. Cost will be 25 dollars per head. Get with Corey Brown or Ryan Mech for registration.
