Venture through an extravagant four-course meal, with subsequent pairings of Black Stallion Estate Winery’s finest, organized and handcrafted by The Stoneleigh’s esteemed Executive Chef Esayas Estifanos. The experience is led by WSET Level II-certified guest speaker Ashley J. Austin.Located on the historic Silverado Trail in Napa Valley’s Oak Knoll District, Black Stallion Estate Winery has been named “American Winery of the Year” by Wine Enthusiast in 2023. Sourcing from the most prestigious vineyards, the winery is committed to making only the most expressive wines. At Black Stallion, the search for greatness means boots in the vineyard, checking on vine growth and grape development all year long. The grapes are tasted, harvested, and sorted by hand.
