Each cocktail will be expertly complemented with 4 chef selected courses, expertly matched with ‘Moon Cake’ Gin’s unique Asian flavours and botanicals.
The gin itself is named after a delicacy served during the Moon Cake festival, held annually across China to celebrate lunar appreciation and moon watching in the mid-Autumn months.
Featuring seasonal oriental botanicals, this gin centres on bright refreshing citrus, with juniper, red date, lily bulb, lotus seed, mandarin and cubeb – balancing a sweet & savoury profile.
