Henry James is an independent R&B artist from Phoenix, Arizona, making music that pushes sonic boundaries while staying rooted in the sounds that inspired him. As a vocalist, instrumentalist, and producer, Henry handles every part of the process himself, from writing and arranging to fully producing his songs.

Drawing inspiration from the warmth of D’Angelo and Erykah Badu, the funk and soul of Parliament-Funkadelic, and the storytelling of Kendrick Lamar, Henry blends those influences into something that feels nostalgic, personal, and distinctly his own.
