All Sales Final: no refunds or exchanges. Prices are subject to change while supplies last.
Must be 21+ to participate. Valid Photo ID must be able to compare with guest. ID's will be checked and bag searches will be conducted randomly (discretion of Captain).
Boarding Location: California Spirit Yacht in San Diego departs from Broadway Pier at 990 North Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92101.
Do Not Miss the Boat: Gates close at 9:55pm. Cruise leaves sharply at 10pm. Absolutely NO Refunds or exchanges. We reserved a spot for you on our cruise.
Disclaimer: Appetizers will be served for 90 mins during the cruise while supplies last. It's is not an all you can eat buffet. We recommend eating a full meal prior to the event.
Open Bar / Liquor + Drinks: Fully Hosted Premium Bar for Three (3) Hours. Includes: soda, juice, domestic and craft beer, house wine, call, and premium liquors featuring: Milagro Silver Tequila • Tito's Vodka • Tanqueray Gin • Monkey Shoulder Blended Scotch Whiskey • Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey • Crown Royal Canadian Whisky • Jameson Irish Whiskey • Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum • Myers Dark Rum • Bailey's Irish Cream.
Dress Code: Pirate costumes preferred with all costumes welcomed. And costumes are not required but strongly encouraged. Masks must be easily removable prior to entering for ID verification.
No weapons will be tolerated including: toy swords, knifes and or guns regardless if they do not appear to be real or not. No long flowing or vision impairing costume that may cause a tripping hazard.

Bag Requirements: The only permitted bags that are allowed onboard the vessel must meet the following requirements: All bags must be completely clear and no larger than 6 inches long and 5 inches tall. Any other bags or purses will not be allowed onboard.
Parking: Please arrive early. Best and easiest parking lots available at Broadway & PCH (it's $10-20). Our entrance is only on the Broadway Pier. Plus you can also park at U.S.S. Midway. We're walking Distance from many Hotels: Wyndham, Grand Hyatt, Marriott Marquis, Days Inn.
* Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to find parking. VIP Nightlife & City Cruises are not responsible for any parking lots.
Party Responsibly: Please DO NOT Drink & Drive. Opt for Ride Share Apps (Lyft or Uber), a taxi service or designated driver.
Covid-19 Protocol (if any at all) For All Guests will be announced closer to the event date, and will be based on current CDC Guidelines and City of San Diego's protocols to party safely and responsibly.
