A Healing Circle & Cacao Ceremony
About this Event
The Wintering of Black Men: A Winter Solstice Circle for Rest + Renewal
A Healing Circle & Cacao Ceremony
A sacred space for Black men to rest, release, and return to themselves as the year comes to a close.
Winter Solstice is the longest night of the year; a season of deep rest, reflection, and renewal.
It invites us to slow down, rest, and turn inward. It reminds us that this season isn’t about pushing harder, but about listening more deeply; to our bodies, our spirits, and our truth.
The Wintering of Black Men: A Winter Solstice Circle for Rest + Renewal is a sacred gathering created for Black men to:
pause, breathe, lay down the weight of the year, and reconnect with themselves in community.
This month’s Black Men’s Healing Circle will weave together guided meditation, reflective journaling, group dialogue, and a heart-opening cacao ceremony, creating a powerful container for rest, release, and restoration.
You don’t have to carry it all by yourself.
This space was created for you.
