Join SisterSong's Birth Justice Team in collaboration with Center for Black Women's Wellness at the Black Maternal Mental Health Resource Fair for a day of empowerment and support! There will be an enriching panel discussion, maternal mental health resources, wellness chats and on-site support groups dedicated to nurturing the mental well-being of Black parents.
We will also have a special wellness space for birthworkers, featuring yoga sessions and a 'Doula'ing the Doula' workshop. Let's create a space of healing and connection together for #BlackMaternalMentalHealthWeek .
