Get ready to light up the night! We’re turning down the lights and turning up the glow for a one-of-a-kind blacklight paint party. Neon paints, glowing canvases, and a whole lot of creative energy—this is your chance to shine (literally). Dress in your brightest whites and neon brights, and let the blacklights do the rest. No experience needed—just bring your glow and we’ll guide you through a dazzling masterpiece step by step.
Hi- Lo Hotel is located at 320 SW Harvey Milk St, Portland, OR 97204
This party will be located inside The Commons located on the lower level.
Carrie will be showing you easy steps to create this amazing neon painting!
