Their transformative journey into self-care was prompted by a distressing experience rooted in toxic masculinity and microaggressions they faced as a queer individual in the brewing industry. Recognizing the detrimental effect this hostile environment had on their overall well-being, they summoned the courage to break free from its confines and seek solace in the world of home-brewing.
