Event Description:
Join us for a unique cooking experience celebrating Black History Month with a modern take on classic soul food favorites! In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to elevate traditional dishes with new techniques and exciting flavors, all while vibing to an incredible playlist featuring soulful classics and modern hits.

Suggested Menu with a Twist:

1. Cajun Shrimp and Grit Croquette – Creamy, cheesy grits with Cajun-spiced shrimp formed into crispy croquettes with a spicy aioli dip.
2. Collard Green and Sweet Potato Hand Pies – Flaky pastry pockets filled with collard greens, mashed sweet potatoes, and smoked turkey with a touch of spice.
3. Peach Cobbler Bread Pudding – A rich, comforting bread pudding infused with warm peach cobbler flavors and topped with a bourbon brown sugar crumble.
