*Each Competitor 21+ will drink 4 beers and runs 4 laps (each lap 1/4 mile).
Chug a beer, run a lap, beer, lap, beer, lap, beer, lap
*Each beer must be completely consumed within the transition area
*Beer may not be less than 12 oz in volume and minimum of 5%
ABV
*To prove all beer was drank sufficiently, tipping of the empty cup
over your head is required
*Vomiting will create a penalty lap and possible disqualification
