Black Birders Week is a week-long event celebrated nationwide aimed at bringing increased awareness of Black birders and naturalists, including the challenges they face when participating in outdoor activities. Join NH Audubon and the Black Heritage Trail of New Hampshire for our guided partner tour in Portsmouth in honor of this week. Our guides will showcase the rich and often forgotten African-American history of New Hampshire while looking and listening for local birds and other wildlife.All ages are welcome, but spaces are limited. Registration is required, sign up on our Events Calendar. All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Black Heritage Trail of New Hampshire.
