Join us every Saturday at 8:30 AM for Black Girls Box Women’s Boxing Training. The training classes are a supportive, high-energy boxing fitness experience created specifically for women. This class is designed to help you build strength, improve your fitness, sharpen your boxing skills, and grow your confidence in an encouraging environment.

- Bag work and boxing combinations
- Confidence-building & Community
Who is this for? Women of all fitness and boxing experience levels. No boxing experience is required; just come ready to learn, move, and have a great time! Your first class is free! After your first class membership is required.
