Join Black Women in Nature for Black Girl Restore Monthly Gathering on Saturday, March 7, 2025, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Blendonwood Metro Park, as we embark on a collective journey of grounding, releasing and restoring in community.

Our time together will include mindfulness, grounding breathwork, hiking and reflective dialogue. As the earth begins to shift in preparation for spring we will walk in sisterhood, rooting ourselves in nature’s rhythms and the quiet knowing of our own becoming. Whether you're seeking to recharge, reflect, or simply breathe, this gathering is a sacred space to grow, heal, and connect - just as you are.
