About this Event
Black Girl Ceramics is exactly what it sounds like—the girls linking up to create beautiful things. All races are welcomed, but this is a *Black girl* safe space experience.
Come unwind with clay, your favorite R&B, Afrobeats, and neo-soul soundtrack, and an evening filled with creativity, conversation, and community. Every week features a new guided hand-building project, from mugs and bowls to sculptural figures, tiny homes, animals, portraits, and imaginative creations.
Feeling inspired? You’re always welcome to freestyle your own design, too.
All clay and materials are included, and you’ll have the option to air-dry your work at home. Participants are also welcome to bring back completed pieces during future sessions to paint together, or finish them at home with acrylic paint.
No experience needed—just come ready to create, laugh, and let your hands do the talking.
