Kick off the Black Friday Pajama Party downtown with us! Come to the studio in your favorite PJs (just make sure they’re suitable for yoga!) for a cozy, playful 60-minute Gentle Flow led by Lindsay Polk. 🎄✨
This non-heated, all-levels class will give us a chance to move, stretch, breathe, and ease into the day together before the downtown festivities begin.
After class, stick around for special treats and hot chocolate to sip on before heading downtown! Class wraps up at 10:30 am, giving you just enough time to make your way to the Black Friday Pajama Party beginning at 11:00 am.
Normal class pass and membership pricing applies. Open to all levels.
