Join our Black Folx Book Club for a sunset sail!
This month we’re taking our reading space for Black women and Black queers back onto Baltimore’s waters! We’ll be casually chatting about the August pick, by Haili Blassingame , but having read the book is not a requirement! This is an opportunity to connect, chat books, and explore new (or re-discover) titles and authors while enjoying the Baltimore harbor and sunset. Bring a book (or two or a few) to swap!
Regularly, The Black Folx Book Club meets in person at our Remington store, but this time we’ll be meeting on the Fells Point Baltimore Water Taxi.
Please purchase your ticket here to let us know you'll join us!
We'll head out from -- and return to -- the Fells Point water taxi stop at 901 S Broadway, and spend two hours enjoying the ride and a gorgeous view of the Baltimore sunset. Your ticket gets you a seat on the boat, a glass of bubbly, and snacks! (If you want to bring your own food or drinks, you are welcome to!)

In the case of bad weather, we'll contact you with ride information, including any cancellations or reschedulings.
