The Lansing/East Lansing Links are bringing together top doctors, wellness experts, and our whole community for our annual Black Family Wellness Expo!
The Links Incorporated is one of the nation's oldest and largest international non-profit organizations, committed to enriching and ensuring the cultural and economic survival of people of African ancestry.
Get real talk from physicians about the health issues that matter most to us, and yes - we'll move and groove together too!
We will have instructor-led line dancing and chair yoga, an interactive panel discussion, opportunities for personal blood pressure screenings and vaccinations, the ICHD Mobile Health Clinic, light refreshments, giveaways and so much more!
Bring everyone from grandma to the little ones for this amazing wellness experience on Saturday, March 15th from 12-3pm at Tabernacle of David Church, 2645 W. Holmes Road, Lansing, MI 48911.
