1) How do I get my purchased tickets?

Confirmations are sent via email and Wristbands can be picked up or mailed. Pickup location date and time TBA.

2) Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No bring your valid photo ID for wristband pick-up. Name and email must match ticket confirmation.

3) What is the refund policy?

Absolutely NO REFUNDS. (Unless the event is Canceled.)

4) What comes with the "Business Sponsorship Package"?

Have the opportunity to showcase and advertise your company's logo with our step and repeat backdrop that will be used for photography at the event, a feature in the video that will be aired at the event amongst all participants and patrons, A VIP Star located along the Black Carpet Walk of Fame displaying your company's name, and a personalized plaque award for your company.

5) What comes with the purchase of a "VIP Reserved Table"?

The purchase of a Reserved Table includes VIP Access (8ppl) to the event's Black Carpet @6pm, complimentary champagne upon entry, 2 bottles of choice, plated dinner with dessert, and a Server.

6) What comes with the purchase of "VIP Admission" tickets?

VIP Admission to the event @7pm, dinner buffet and open bar from 7pm - 10pm.

**Access to dinner buffet immediately after VIP table guests are served. DOES NOT include reserved table. Seating is limited.

7) Are all bars available VIP access?

Yes, ALL bars are available for VIP Open Bar Access.

8) Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes, you must be 21+ (ID checks will be conducted by Security)

9) Is parking included?

Self-Parking is available. However, taking Uber or Lyft is HIGHLY Recommended.

10) Can I purchase tickets at the door on February 11th?

Typically, YES there will be tickets available for purchase at the venue lobby. Pricing and availability will vary. This Will Be a Sold-Out Event!!
