The Black El Paso Democrats mission is to stimulate in the Black Community and in the El Paso Community an active interest in Governmental Affairs at all levels of the Democratic Party. Regularly scheduled monthly meeting is held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the McCall Neighborhood Center. Will talk about the Upcoming Elections and events. This is a Democratic Party event
