Overview:-
• There will be 3 teams in 4 groups (Grouping by Lottery). ONLY the Group Champions will qualify for the Semi-Final
• Age Limit = None
• Entry Fee : 2500 TK
• No OFFSIDE
• Rolling Subs.
• 5 a side (Max 10 Men squad)
• Total Teams: 12
• Team must report on-field at least 15 minutes prior and clear their dues.
• We will take teams until DECEMBER 15. No teams will be allowed after that. (Under special circumstances, hosts hold the right to change this)
• ONE PLAYER CAN PLAY FOR ONE TEAM ONLY. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY MAINTAINED.

Awards Section :-
If we get 12 teams:
• Champions : 7000 TK + TROPHY + MEDALS (YOU SAW THAT RIGHT).
• Runners up : 2500 TK + TROPHY + MEDALS (THAT'S RIGHT TOO ?)
If we get 8 teams:
• Champions : 4000 TK + TROPHY + MEDALS
• Runners up : 1000 TK + TROPHY + MEDALS
Individual Awards :-
• Top Scorer ?
• Best Goalkeeper ?
• Player of the Tournament (MVP) ?

Formats :-
Group Stage → Semi Finals (Knock Out) → Grand FINAL
• Group Stage : straight 8 Minutes
. Semi Finals : straight 10 minutes
• Grand FINAL: 15 Minutes, 7.30 minutes per half.

Rules and regulations :-
1) TURFS/BAREFOOT both are allowed, but at your own risk.
2) Referee call is the final decision in any given case. Arguments or misconduct related to the decision can result in disqualification.
3) A team will not be able to play without paying their full entry fee.
4) Once the entry fee is cleared, no refunds cannot be asked for any reason.
5) Timing will be strictly maintained by the organizers.
6) No offside rules will be applied.
7) A player shown Red card is suspended for that match.
8) Rolling Substitution will be followed.
9) Throw-ins shall be taken by foot. No goals from direct throw in without a touch from any player.
10) All other basic FIFA+Futsal Rules will be followed.
11) There will be 4 groups (12 teams). From each group, the group champion advances to the semi finals. Goal difference, Head to head, Yellow/Red cards will be factored in order.
12) The tie breaker shall consist of 3 spot kicks.
