It’s Black History Month & we’re ready to celebrate the literary footprints set before us. Join us in celebrating Black Children’s Book Week! We are thrilled to announce a week full of magical readings and joyful stories at our lovely sponsored host location, Lyric Theatre & Cultural Arts Center! From Sunday, February 23 to Friday, February 28, 6p-7p each night, we invite children of all ages to dive into the world of literature through our engaging read-alouds. Readings will also be available virtually for those unable to join us in person.
But that's not all! Mark your calendars for our HUGE, IN-PERSON Reading EXTRAVAGANZA and Black Book Fair on March 1st from 12 PM to 3 PM at the Lyric Theatre!
