Black Business Month – Black Business on Brand

In celebration of Black Small Business Month, Greater Nexus and Greater Jamaica Development Corporation, are proud to present Black Business on Brand—an immersive evening designed to spotlight the power of digital storytelling and elevate Black-owned brands through strategic social media engagement. 

Held on Tuesday, August 12, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM, the event kicks off with a vibrant marketplace featuring Black-owned vendors, offering guests a chance to shop, connect, and support local entrepreneurs. At 5:45 PM, the spotlight shifts to a dynamic panel discussion led by industry experts and social media influencers, who will share firsthand insights into how they’ve built and scaled their brands using digital platforms. As part of the celebration, three lucky attendees will be selected to receive tiered prize packages designed to support their content creation journey and amplify their digital presence. 

Following the panel’s conclusion at 6:30 PM, the space opens up for networking, lite bites, refreshments, and the marketplace, all highlighting Black-owned businesses.
