About this Event
This one night only concert celebrates iconic performances by Black actors, highlights iconic roles made famous by Black artists, and lifts up the next generation of Black Broadway stars. Featuring performances of Broadway classics performed by Black Broadway Stars across multiple generations, this performance will be captured for TV Broadcast, including the live audience in the to-be-aired special.
The cast of iconic performers will be joined by multiple guest conductors, a choir of students from Howard University and Morgan State University, and accompanied by The American Pops Orchestra.
Ticketing for this event is general admission orchestra seating and all tickets will be held at will call. Tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be available at the door. Seating is first come first serve and the doors will open at 7:30pm.
