Black Boy Joy Retreat 2026
This year’s retreat is dedicated to building up our young kings through the Black Joy Foundation’s five foundational pillars: Economic & Financial Literacy, Leadership, Teamwork, Life Skills, and Citizenship Responsibility.
The event is open to young men ages 9–18. Participants ages 9–12 are placed on teams where they engage in interactive, team-building activities designed to inspire confidence, connection, and growth. Young men ages 13–18 may register as Junior Coaches, serving as leaders, mentors, and role models throughout the day.
Every participant will receive a signature #BlackBoyJoy shirt, breakfast and lunch, a free haircut or lineup, and a backpack filled with school supplies to set them up for success.
