The Chung Do Association is providing first aid and CPR training, Saturday, January 11th at the Lyndell Institute of Tae Kwon Do. CPR Training is from 3pm-5:30pm. Tae Kwon Do Training is available from 6pm-7pm that same night if interested. Training Includes learning about emergency situations, CPR, and basic emergency first aid. Training will be presented By: Two Nurses and A Dummy. This Event is open to Chung Do Association Black Belts ages 11 & up. This event is being offered free for participants as an informational training with no certification.
