This series features Columbus-based dancers who are truly in their bag when it comes to this dance things. Come join us to connect in community, learn something, groove, and have fun.
All are welcomed! From little to no experience to experienced dancers, to I just like moving my body. Let's get it!Each class is $10, but you can bundle both for $15.

August 16th Workshop w/ Neighborhood Heroes
90-minute class blends the influence and fundamentals of hip hop with the fluidity and expression of contemporary fusion. Together, we'll explore movement that emphasizes taking up space, traveling across the floor, and connecting intention with execution. Expect a mix of brief combinations, free movement exploration, and across-the-floor progressions designed to expand your vocabulary, musicality, and confidence in moving boldly through space. Open to all levels, all styles and all humans!

August 30th Workshop w/ Candice and friends!

This embodied dance workshop invites movers into an expressive movement experience rooted in rhythm, release, joy, and presence. Through curated soundscapes, live music, and guided movement prompts, movers are encouraged to play, explore, dance, and reconnect with themselves through the language of the body.This workshop blends an array of elements including but not limited to Hip Hop, House, West African dance, dancehall, and other movement forms, creating space for participants to build rhythmic awareness, deepen their connection to themselves, and have fun while getting free in the movement. We're gonna be dancing y'all!Movers will explore improvisation, dynamic phrase work, and collective groove while engaging practices that support letting go and dancing with some creative freedom.

No experience necessary - just bring yourself and a positive attitude!
