Jordan Jones, a.k.a. JJ the Artist's artistic style takes the route of realism, and is usually depicted on canvas with acrylic medium. The common theme among his pieces is simply anything that peaks his interest. Thus you’ll find the subjects of his art range from professional athletes, musicians, and animals to his favorite characters from cartoons, video games and anime.
Delia Miller is an artist from Apopka, Florida. "I create murals across the Central Florida area and am heavily inspired by nature and cultural heritage. I believe that art should not only be aesthetically pleasing but should also tell a story. Whether I am working with a community group, a nonprofit organization, or a private client, I strive to capture the essence of their vision and translate it into a beautiful, meaningful work of art. Alongside painting, I love teaching with ArtReach Orlando every week and helping youth discover their strength and voice through the healing power of art."
Ali Nasir Bandele is an artist based in the Central Florida area. "I am purely inspired by the quest for true happiness in life. No matter what I am creating, the simple act of creating makes me happy. Drawing, more specifically Sketch Art, is the simplest way for me to express my love for creating and I have been sketching artwork since I was a toddler. I aspire to expand on my creativity and artwork across other platforms. As a Gen Z'er, I plan to create my own pathway to successful life experiences through artistic expression."
The Speaker Series -- Black Artists, Art, and History -- provides diversity, equity, and inclusion to the world of art and opens doors that may otherwise have been closed to minority artists.
