Ladies and Gentlemen it is time to get Cougar Fresh!The SIUE Black Alumni Alliance (BAA) will be hosting its inaugural Sneaker Ball. The Sneaker Ball is a night dedicated to fashion, fun and scholarship.
Entry to the Ball will include a DJ, dancing, light refreshments, cash bar, best dressed contest and much more.
This will be a creative formal affair. Creative formal is a dress code that allows you to add your personal style to your formal attire. Ladies have a multitude of options, basic black dress, sequins and patterns, dressy separates, or cocktail dress. For men, formal creative is the same as formal with a creative twist. The easiest and most efficient to do is to inject a bit of color into a suit or tuxedo ensemble. All guests MUST WEAR SNEAKERS!!! NO jeans, khaki pants, sweatshirts, t-shirts, shorts, or casual attire permitted. Dress code will be STRICTLY enforced. Guests who are not dressed appropriately will not be admitted. This event is for those 21 years and older only.
