Biz+LifeCon was the nation's first pro-age business and lifestyle conference for savvy female founders and career professionals over 40 to thrive in middlescence back in 2019. The event offers a refreshingly new take on conferences, stripping away the corporate layers to create real, unplugged conversations about elevating your career, pivoting successfully, growing your business, and reclaiming our age-defying power.

With the 2025 theme, Aging Out Loud—Making Herstory Together, this year's event will blend entrepreneurship and career advancement with 40, 50, and 60+ components, creating an even more immersive multi-session experience with age as the foundation of conversations. The two-day live event will again be jam-packed with opportunities to advance, inspire, rally, and celebrate middlescent women.

This year’s sessions will cover everything from learning how to leverage AI and building six-figure+ businesses to landing a job in today’s market with AI tools and breaking into the billion-dollar world of paid content creation. We're also talking AGE. AGING. AGEISM and reframing who we are today as powerful, dynamic humans over 40.

Hosted by SecondActWomen, a stellar lineup of business experts, career specialists, and lifestyle influencers will help attendees tap into fresh ideas, expand their networks, and gain a renewed sense of belonging at 40, 50, and beyond.
