Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the very best of Tucson’s local food and craft beer scene.

Your evening begins at 6:00 PM with an exclusive Welcome Happy Hour, where you’ll enjoy a complimentary pint of Barrio Brewing beer while mingling with fellow guests before the tasting experience begins. Meet members of the Barrio Brewing team, enjoy great conversation, and get ready for an evening of exceptional food, craft beer, and community.

At 6:30 PM, we’ll begin our guided pairing experience, featuring three signature dishes from The District, each thoughtfully paired with one of Barrio Brewing Co.’s award-winning beers.

Throughout the evening, a Barrio Brewing representative will introduce each beer, sharing the history behind the brewery, the inspiration for each brew, and what makes every pairing unique. Our District Chef will also be on hand to discuss the inspiration behind each dish, the ingredients, and why each pairing was carefully selected to complement the beer.

Cowboy WrapTender grilled chicken layered with cilantro-lime rice, black beans, melted cheddar jack, fresh pico de gallo, jalapeño ranch, and our signature cowboy butter, wrapped in a warm tortilla and grilled until perfectly crisp.

Paired with: Barrio Mexican Lager

Clean, crisp, and refreshing, Barrio’s Mexican Lager balances the bold Southwest flavors while refreshing the palate between every bite.

Prickly Pear BBQ Chicken FlatbreadAn artisan flatbread topped with grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, caramelized onions, our signature prickly pear barbecue sauce, and a drizzle of hot honey for the perfect balance of sweet, smoky, and savory flavors.

Paired with: Barrio Blonde Ale

Barrio Blonde’s light malt character enhances the sweet and smoky flavors of the flatbread while delivering a crisp, refreshing finish.
