Loud Spring and Purple Uni Club present a Bite Back party centered on invasive species of the anthropocene. Come try purple sea urchin and other delectables by local chefs (more soon!), at the next pop-up at O2AA. We're used to eating the red urchin, but it is the purple urchin who is decimating California's once abundant bull kelp forests. Can we eat our way out of this ecological crisis?!
