Join us for a Bitcoin Market – where all vendors proudly accept Bitcoin. There will be a bitcoin education booth where you can get free sats (the smallest unit of a bitcoin) and learn how to spend them at the 20+ vendors providing food, drinks, art, clothing, crafts, and more.

We will also be celebrating Bitcoin Pizza Day (the infamous trade in 2010 of two large pizzas for 10,000 BTC)! Our hosts at Great Wagon Road will be selling drinks and pizzas for bitcoin. Come and support the bitcoin economy!

What is the Bitcoin Market?
The market aims to be a recurring event where local businesses and people come together to support each other by buying/selling goods and services for both Bitcoin and cash.

I don't know much/anything about bitcoin... should I come?
Yes, absolutely! We will have tons of people there to help you learn, get your first wallet, and do your first transactions. All you need is a smartphone. Even if you don't buy or use Bitcoin at the event, you're welcome to shop at the local merchants with cash and other vendor specific options.
