Welcome to the BISO - Body in Soul conscious movement class in Luxembourg!
I am Ieva and I am a BISO - Body in Soul conscious movement facilitator in training. I am now based in Brussels but I lived in Luxembourg for many years and as part of my teacher training I would like to offer a class during my visit in May.
🟡 What to expect from a BISO class?
We will move for about 1.5h. The class will open with a soundscape of carefully chosen music to arrive and land in the body and breath. Followed by a guided articulation of the body through an attention to the movement of breath and rhythm and the movement that wants to travel through us. There will be a guided invitation/exploration, time to move and dance freely, solo and sometimes in connection with others.
🟡 Who is this for?
All are welcome regardless of age, gender, ability or experience. Just bring your curiosity and openness to explore. The session will be a gentle introduction to the BISO practice.
