Lyaymha America Presents - 3rd Biskaa Jatraa Celebrations-2024 (बिस्का: जात्रा अमेरिका)Please mark your calendar for the 3rd Biskaa Jatraa Celebrations-2024 (बिस्का: जात्रा अमेरिका) on Saturday, April 20th. Nepal is well-known for the festivals celebrated throughout the year. Biska Jatra is an annual event in Madhyapur Thimi, Bhaktapur, Dhapasi, Tokha, and other places in Nepal. Biska Jatra, also known as Sindur Jatra, is very famous. The festival is celebrated at the start of the new year on the Bikram Sambat calendar (2nd week of April).
Lyaymha America's friends and family are also going to celebrate Biskaa Jatraa Festival 2024 and Nepali New Year Celebrations 2082 in DMV area, USA on Saturday, April 20th. We would like to invite friends and family to come and enjoy the celebrations.

Contributions : $15 per head ( including Samay Baji Bhoy)
Kids: Under 10 are free

We will have various cultural dances, including Live Dhimay Dance, Kumari Dance, classical dance, and live unplugged music. There will also be lots of kids’ activities, such as arts and crafts, face painting, games, etc.
Please wear traditional dress and bring a puja set for the Dyau-Kha Puja ceremony.
