Calling all San Diego County birth and postpartum business owners! Join us for a morning of in-person networking.
About this Event

Join San Diego County business owners who support pregnant and postpartum families for a morning of in-person networking.

This gathering is designed for professionals who serve growing families and want to build meaningful local connections. Meet fellow providers, introduce your business, and explore ways we can support one another—and ultimately local families—through collaboration and intentional referrals.

Doulas, childbirth educators, lactation support, midwives, pelvic floor therapists, chiropractors, yoga teachers, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and any professional who serves pregnant, birthing, and postpartum people....you are invited!

Agenda:
8:30 am - Arrive and mingle, grab some coffee and some light breakfast bites.
8 :45 am - 90 second elevator pitch (share your business and one thing you would like support with right now)
9:15 am - Triads (the hosts will organize groups of three for deeper connection)
10:00 am - goodbyes

This event is donation based ($10 suggested donation) to cover the costs of organizing this event. Pre-registration is required. Bring your birthworker friends!

Kelly has been supporting pregnant and postpartum families since 2018, practicing doula support both across the nation and internationally. She followed her passion for helping both families and doulas alike, by bringing her vision of an intentional and compassionate doula-team to life. As the Founder of Doulas of San Diego (formally known as Doulas of North County), Kelly helps connect families to doulas while also creating a space for community amongst birthworkers with a focus on serving San Diego families and doulas.

Dr. Ivy is the owner and founder of Empower Physical Therapy. She is a mother of 2 toddlers, a pelvic floor therapist, doula-trained and a prenatal/postnatal exercise specialist. She created Empower after she birth of her fiist daughter to provide the care she felt was lacking during the postpartum stage. She strives for Empower to be a nurturing place for women to heal, feel supported and empowered throughout every stage of womanhood.When she isn’t treating clients, you can find her exercising outdoors or spending time with her husband and two daughters. She also loves a hot cup of chai tea, being by the ocean, and watching food and travel documentaries.

This woman co-owned, doctor-led movement clinic was the result of a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a firefighter building the gym they couldn't find — strength, jiu jitsu, and real clinical care under one roof. Every membership includes the contrast studio (sauna + cold plunge). They even have a playroom onsite, making this a family friendly space to train and grow.
