Join us for an evening of storytelling, poetry, and community connection centered around the award-winning documentary Birthing Justice. Experience powerful stories of Black Birth, followed by a panel discussion with the Black Doulas of Madison, Wisconsin.
This immersive experience sets the stage for the summit by centering the voices of Black mothers, doulas, and birth workers in Dane County. Through heartfelt stories, shared wisdom, and unapologetic joy, we will defy the data, reclaim our narratives, and honor the transformative power of Black birth work.
