LOCATION - Minnesota Birth Center (624 Smith Ave S, St Paul, MN 55107)Join professional birthworkers from The Childbirth Collective at our Birth Topic Nights. These monthly donation-based gatherings are a place for pregnant people and expecting families to meet Childbirth Collective members and practice comfort measures for birth.
We'll review the fear-tension-pain cycle and why comfort measures are important, followed by hands-on comfort measure stations to practice.
All are invited! While not required, it is helpful if attendees register in advance. Walk-ins are also welcome. Register in advance here:
