We are delighted to offer two Birth Preparation Courses this February, designed to help you feel confident, informed, and empowered for a positive birth experience.
Each course runs over four weekly sessions and is taught by experienced, supportive Midwives.
Our classes are ideal for those planning a natural birth, while also ensuring you fully understand the medical options that may be offered during labour, so you can make informed choices with confidence.
Course One:
🗓 Mondays – 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd
⏰ 6:00pm – 8:30pm
Course Two:
🗓 Wednesdays – 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th
⏰ 6:00pm – 8:30pm
