Looking for a GROUP class, one-evening-and-done, where you and your partner can get reliable education from an experienced birth worker from our area? This BIRTH BASICS in-person group class is for you!
AMANDA MONDLOCK, CAPPA-Certified Childbirth Educator & Birth+Postpartum Doula, teaches these group classes at the Mama Bear office in Eau Claire. You will also have a chance to meet other expectant pairs.
Amanda's background is rich in trauma-informed care, plus she is a seasoned birth worker in the Eau Claire area, having the inside track on all major hospital systems and beyond. She is passionate about preventing birth trauma proactively, as well as debriefing previous birth experiences that may not have gone the way you had hoped.
These group classes touch on the basics of each of the following categories:

+ Comfort & Pain Management in Labor
+ Common Hospital Interventions
+ Common Newborn Procedures
