Birth Assistant Training 2026
About this Event
This training is for out of hospital birth assisting. Preference is given to aspiring Midwives with on call availability for assist rotation with Community Midwives.
Please note adequate transportation is a requirement for births travel up to 2 hrs or more each way.
The Professional Birth Assistant Program is here to help you dive into the art and work of midwifery in a way that works for you -- by getting you the foundational education and support needed for you to excel at assisting out of hospital CNMs and CPMs at home and birth center births in your area now.

Hands On Skills Training
Midwives show you how to administer IVs, resolve shoulder dystocia, assess fetal heart tones in all labor stages, and more.
This is a 5 day in person training, it requires you to complete the on line portion prior to attending. WhatsAPP study group for Zoom and in person study sessions - please comment JOIN in your reason for attending.
