Join us for a special edition of Birroteca Supper Club, bringing together guest breweries and crisp, refreshing pilsners for a one-night-only pairing experience.

On Thursday, May 28th at 6:30PM, enjoy a mutli-course, pizza-focused dinner featuring a variety of styles - from classic Roman to Montanara - each paired with a curated lineup of pilsners and lagers.

Throughout the evening, our team and brewery partners will guide you through each pour, highlight flavour profiles, brewing techniques, and what makes this style the perfect match for pizza.

• 1st Course - Pizza Fritta alla Montanara - Fried Pizza Dough, Tomato, Mozzarella, Grana Padano DOP, Basil
• 2nd Course - Pizzette - Mini Pizza topped with tomato, Mozzarella and Basil
• 3rd Course - Pizza Al Padellino (Tourin-Style Pizza) - Mutti tomato, Mozzarella, Prosciutto Cotto, Roasted Mushroom, Taggiasca olives, Artichokes
• 4th Course - Pizza alla Pala (Roman Style Pizza on a Wooden Peel) - An assortment of Pizza featuring Mushroom, Salame Piccante, Puttanesca and Amatriciana

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment in full is required at the time of registration and all sales are final. Refunds up to 3 days prior to the event. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather or otherwise. In the event of a class or event cancellation, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund or credit to transfer to a future class or event. While we are not able to offer credit, transfers or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control, you are always welcome to send someone in your place, as we understand that these things do happen. If you are purchasing this class or event as a gift, please provide this cancellation policy to the recipient, as the policy will still apply.
