About this Event
Our health matters.
Yet across the UK, Black communities continue to face higher rates of preventable illnesses, delayed diagnoses, and barriers to care. Too often, conversations around our health happen too late β or not at all.
This seminar is about changing that.
Join us for an in-person community health event focused on awareness and prevention with access to trusted medical professionals. This is a safe, welcoming space to learn, ask questions, and take practical steps toward protecting your health and the health of those you love.
Why This Conversation Is Urgent
Black communities are disproportionately affected by:
- High blood pressure
- Type 2 diabetes
- Stroke
- Heart disease
- Prostate cancer
- Maternal health inequalities
- Mental health challenges
Many of these conditions can be prevented or better managed with early detection, education, and consistent care.
Awareness saves lives.
Access changes outcomes.
This seminar brings both directly to the community.
