Birmingham Restaurant Week SIPology 2025

Wash down all the delicious bites with your favorite adult beverage at Birmingham Restaurant Week’s (BRW) Sipology Sunday Brunch event! Less whine, more wine, dine, liquor and spirits! BRW’s signature event Wineology has been reimagined to Sipology with a wider variety of drink options and even more fun with photo ops, art, dancing and more! Guests can explore their palette through this drink tasting event featuring refreshing beverages and delicious hors d’oeuvre pairings from local catering companies.
