I’m more than delighted to confirm that my co-presenter on the day will be Dr. Neil Harris, founder and Principal of HRS Dental Care in Stroud, Gloucestershire.
Neil has been a client and a friend for most of my dental business coaching career and I’ve been privileged to have seen his business grow from strength to strength.
As an innovator, he has adopted new ideas in both clinical delivery and business and now runs a business that is effectively self-managing as well as at the cutting edge.
Neil will accompany me to all 7 workshop locations in Q1, he will share with you his business systems, protocols and spreadsheets and will be available to answer your questions.
